Job description

Job Summary

•    An experienced and dynamic professional responsible for designing, embedding and governing the execution of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Non Vendor governance across the Group.



•    The role is accountable for the operationalisation of TPRM policy, standards and control requirements for Non Vendor third party arrangements, ensuring effective enterprise wide governance, oversight, reporting and regulatory compliance. Working with the Head TPRM Governance, you will ensure ongoing design and implementation delivery and operational efficiency of the TPRM requirements, reporting on the Non Vendor services 



Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Support the strategic roadmap for TPRM Non Vendor governance, including the design and implementation of the target operating model, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems and governance mechanisms. 
•    Drive enterprise wide consistency in Non Vendor risk governance, monitoring and escalation across all Non Vendor categories (excluding FMIs where out of scope). 
•    Ensure the Non Vendor risk environment remains well controlled by addressing identified gaps, closing issues on time, and maintaining compliance with applicable ERRs and IKTMs.
•    Collaborate with hub peers and key stakeholders to track delivery milestones, transformation outcomes and governance effectiveness.
Business
•    Provide enterprise wide TPRM Non Vendor governance and reporting to Group and Country risk and governance committees, including Board and regulatory facing forums. 
•    Oversee material Non Vendor third party arrangements at Group and Country level, maintaining a consolidated view of the Non Vendor portfolio. 
•    Act as a trusted governance partner to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, remediation themes and key decisions required. 
•    Support delivery of regulatory reporting obligations for Non Vendor arrangements, including master data governance, regulatory examinations, Group materiality assessments and maintenance of regulatory third party registers.
Processes
•    Review, maintain and update TPRM governance documentation (including TPRM Standards, SMR related artefacts) to reflect Non Vendor scope, interconnected policies and regulatory changes. 
•    Implement and embed TPRM control requirements across all applicable risk types for Non Vendor arrangements, ensuring compliance with Group and Country regulatory expectations. 
•    Support expanded SCM Quality Assurance Reviews to include Non Vendor scope and contribute to continuous control effectiveness uplift. 
•    Support TPRM audits led by SCM, including 3LOD audits and 2LOD assurance reviews, providing governance oversight and supporting remediation actions. 
•    Ensure effective communications, training and coaching to impacted teams to support adoption of new governance requirements, systems and processes.




People & Talent
People management not applicable as this is not a people leader role.
•    Ensure timely completion of mandatory e learning and nominated training relevant to TPRM and Non Vendor governance. 
•    Support the line manager in communications to Non Vendor third parties informing them of changes to TPRM risk standards, policy requirements or governance expectations.
Risk Management
•    Ensure elevated risk management and governance for Non Vendor arrangements, including oversight of M7 and Known Issues remediation activities. 
•    Monitor and manage TPRM recertification delinquencies post onboarding and pre onboarding, prioritising remediation based on materiality and inherent risk exposure. 
•    Identify, assess and mitigate risks impacting the operationalisation and ongoing monitoring of Non Vendor TPRM governance. 
•    Provide oversight of enterprise wide Non Vendor risk trends, ensuring timely escalation and remediation of systemic issues.
Governance
•     Analyse performance and risk data to identify trends, control gaps and improvement opportunities across the Non Vendor portfolio. 
•    Support governance forums with high quality insights, management information and decision ready reporting for Non Vendor third party risk. 
•    Ensure Non Vendor governance remains aligned to Group TPRM strategy, standards and regulatory commitments.

Qualifications

Education
•    Bachelor’s Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or other relevant field.
Experience
•    A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management role in 1st or 2nd line preferably within supply chain management / procurement. Must have experience in Risk management, with demonstrated expertise on risk assessment, impact analysis and risk reporting. 
•    Proven track record in leading large-scale portfolio pertaining to third party arrangements, including implementing/operationalisation of new operating models.
•    Strong experience in supporting cross-functional stakeholders and working with senior cross border leads and managers. 
•    Knowledge of supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP systems, automation tools, AI/ML) and industry best practices.
