You'll be at the forefront of driving innovation across core technologies like Bluetooth, Hardware, Software, Data, and AI. Where you come in:

• Youlead and build system engineering, performance optimizations, and technical excellence teams around core technologies (Bluetooth, Hardware, Software, Data, and AI).
• Youlead product requirements across the solution spectrum (Hardware, Software, and AI/Data).
• Youuse data to inform decisions about products, technology, and teams.
• Youlead a team of engineers and managers to deliver end-to-end hardware and software solutions.
• Youprovide leadership for defining scalable architecture from transmitter, mobile, and cloud.
• Youguide architects and engineers on Bluetooth, hardware design, firmware, and software.
• Youdrive innovation through the creation of end-to-end solutions from transmitter to cloud.
• Youfoster a culture of system design towards innovation excellence.
• Youtake a hands-on engineering leadership role for a team of engineers and architects.
• Youwork with Dexcom product managers, hardware engineering, software engineering, and cross-functional engineering teams to refine product concepts and productize innovative solutions.
• Youtranslate information needs of external partners, customers, and industry into end-to-end requirements and technically facilitate the right privacy-centric, secure, compliant solutions.

What makes you successful:

• Youhave a track record of delivering on strategic and technical goals, including driving technical strategy via a strong technical leadership team.
• Youhave experience in leading hardware, software, and system engineering functions as a leader or an architect.
• Yourmanagement experience as a senior manager or director is crucial.
• Youhave a solid understanding of hardware development and software development from design and architecture through production.
• Yourstrong technical understanding of the wireless domain such as Bluetooth, RFID, cellular, or other similar technologies is impressive.
• Youare technically strong in hardware and software.
• Yourfamiliarity with relevant, modern software and hardware test tools and equipment is essential.
• Yourunderstanding of Android or iOS app development is desired.

Experience and Education:

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 13+ years of industry experience. 

• 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
