The Role

As a Lead ServiceNow Administrator at Kyndryl, you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support business needs. You will be responsible for overseeing platform administration, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.


Working closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams, you will translate business requirements into effective platform configurations and solutions. You will ensure that platform changes, configurations, and integrations are properly documented, tested, and deployed according to best practices.


In this role, you will lead ServiceNow administration activities including instance management, platform upgrades, security and access controls, workflow configuration, and integration support. You will also guide teams on ServiceNow best practices, support troubleshooting efforts, and help drive automation and process improvements across the platform.


As a senior member of the team, you will provide estimates for platform enhancements, support solution design discussions, and mentor team members. Your leadership and expertise will play a critical role in delivering reliable and scalable ServiceNow capabilities that support Kyndryl’s global managed services operations.

Required Technical and Professional Experience


  • 10+ years of ServiceNow administration experience in large enterprise environments


  • Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration


  • Proven experience acting in a lead or platform owner capacity


  • Extensive experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and enterprise release cycles


  • Strong expertise in CMDB administration, governance, and data quality management


  • Advanced troubleshooting and incident management capabilities


  • Deep understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise service operations


  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience


  • Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or highly controlled enterprise environments


  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts)


  • Experience with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management


  • Familiarity with identity integrations (SSO, LDAP, Azure AD, etc.)


  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or other advanced certifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
