THIS IS YOUR ROLE Designation: Sr. Engineer - Business Development Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka Job Family: Sales & Business Development Organization: Smart Infrastructure Business Unit: SI EP IAA BR3 Experience: 5 – 7 Years of experience in sales or business Development Qualification & Skills • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation engineering • Good knowledge of LV Switchgear Products and a good understanding of LV Power Distribution and Motor Control • Good knowledge of market and customers in Sri Lanka • Good communication skills Profile: ? Opportunity Management: o Accountable for identifying, qualifying, and developing business opportunities and handing over to relevant sales team in India ? Business development o Drive and execute business development strategies and support India sales team for sustainable growth and market share expansion. o Regularly engage with customers and partners to monitor market developments and evaluate growth potential o Monitor business from the assigned areas of operation and initiate actions for course correction wherever required o Plan and execute promotional activities like retailer meets, electrician meets for promoting SINOPLUS products o Scan market for competitor activities and offerings and create winning guides to support sales teams ? Stakeholder Management: o Foster and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and key customers o Work with Channel Partners to create pull for SINOPLUS products in retail market ?
