Job description

This role will support Honeywell Building Automation’ marketing transformation with execution of key campaigns and digital marketing activities for Honeywell Building Technologies. As the owner of core campaigns, you will work with the team to define go-to-market, marketing mix, personas, and the customer decision journey. Planning and managing promotion campaign end-to-end including measuring impact of end user activities. Working with the team leads for Digital you will be responsible for measuring and analysing tactical KPIs such as email open and conversion rates, social engagement and strategic KPIs such as marketing generated revenue and ROMI.


The Sr Customer Marketing Specialist role will support marketing efforts for Vertical and to drive demand for the Strategic, Projects and Services teams through offering, vertical and region-focused strategy, campaigns and digital marketing activities. 


The ideal candidate will have experience with emerging digital channels with a keen eye for creative driven solutions and have experience marketing to commercial end users.

Responsibilities:

  • 20% - Develop content for product launches, paid media campaigns, events and virtual
    25% - Conceive, develop, and deploy communications campaigns in support of the Honeywell Building Automation business as a member of the customer marketing team.
    10% Work with the cross functional Leaders to provide monthly funnel tracking and top campaign ROMI tracking
    45% - Support awareness and drive engagement around Customer Marketing priorities which impact disparate parts of the organization through communications, discovering opportunities for wider dissemination of key messages and initiatives led out of the CM organization.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience



Experience


  1. Minimum of 5 years in a marketing organization with a focus on marketing communications, field marketing and/or product marketing for a global organization.
  2. Experience of Key Account Management / Managing Strategic Accounts.
  3. Experience of remote working, building relationships across borders.
  4. Experience of working with cross-functional teams, not located in-country, to ensure best-in-class Marcom delivery.
  5. At least 3 years’ experience using PowerPoint, Marketo and SFDC
  6. Experience with end user B2B customer marketing, emerging digital channels with a keen eye for creative driven solutions and brings attention to detail with a customer-first mindset to their work.
  7. Understanding technology buying cycles and sales channels serving B2B customers or B2C customers where applicable.
