Roles & Responsibilities



•    Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand reporting, analytics, and data requirements impacted by the migration.
•    Document current-state data flows, and reporting usage.
•    Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for:
•    Create and maintain source-to-target mappings (STMs) and data dictionaries for key subject areas.
•    Clarify and document business rules, transformations, and data quality expectations for the new platforms.
•    Support prioritization of scope and features based on business value and technical dependencies.
•    Own and manage the product backlog for one or more squads (Databricks, dbt/ETL, or Testing).
•    Facilitate backlog grooming / refinement sessions, ensuring stories are:
•    Ensure each story has clear acceptance criteria and traceability to upstream requirements and program objectives.
•    Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional squads (onshore/offshore).
•    Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies:
o    Sprint planning
o    Daily stand-ups
o    Backlog refinement
o    Sprint reviews
o    Retrospectives
•    Track and manage sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity, committed vs delivered scope).
•    Identify and remove impediments, coordinating with Program Lead, architects, and other teams as needed.



Experince:
• 8+ years eliciting and documenting data, reporting, and reconciliation requirements across Policy, Claims, Billing, Finance, and agency operations.
• Hands-on experience producing source-to-target mappings, business rules, report logic, KPI definitions, and data dictionaries for enterprise data platforms.
• Ability to translate Guidewire CDA feeds and legacy AS400/DB2 structures into business-friendly canonical requirements for Silver layer design.
• Experience supporting data profiling, issue triage, UAT, report validation, and traceability from requirement through test evidence and sign-off.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation skills with business SMEs, product owners, actuaries, claims, underwriting, and regulatory/reporting teams.
