Sr. Associate, Agentic AI Business Solutions, Neural Nexus (L4, AIN)


What You Will Do


In this vital role of Senior Associate, Agentic AI Business Solutions, Neural Nexus you will be responsible for hands-on execution, build, testing, and deployment support of Agentic AI solutions within the Neural Nexus (NN) platform. This role is deeply execution-focused, supporting the development and operationalization of GenAI capabilities that enable global commercial and analytics teams.


You will partner closely with managers, engineers, and global stakeholders across GCCI, Commercial, AI&D, and Technology teams to translate defined requirements into working, production-ready components. Operating within a global delivery model, you will contribute to day-to-day build, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring high-quality and reliable delivery of AI-driven solutions.


This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong technical aptitude who thrives in building, learning, and executing within fast-paced AI delivery environments.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Development


  • Support execution of the Agentic AI delivery backlog by contributing to user story breakdown, task execution, and sprint activities.


  • Translate defined requirements into actionable development or configuration tasks under guidance from senior team members.


  • Provide input on task-level effort, dependencies, and blockers during sprint planning and execution.


  • Identify opportunities to reuse existing components, code, or workflows to improve delivery efficiency.


End-to-End Management of NN Platform Lifecycle


  • Support the build and deployment of Agentic AI solutions, including configuration, testing, and validation of GenAI agents and workflows.


  • Work closely with AI&D and Engineering teams to develop components, ensuring outputs meet defined functional and quality requirements.


  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming.


  • Execute UAT support activities, including test case execution, defect tracking, and validation of fixes.


  • Assist in deployment activities such as access setup, release validation, and production checks.


Cross-Functional Team Orchestration & Collaboration


  • Collaborate within global delivery teams, supporting coordination across US and India-based stakeholders.


  • Follow established data, platform, and governance standards to ensure compliant and scalable solutions.


  • Contribute to team-based delivery pods focused on building and deploying Agentic AI capabilities.


Executive Stakeholder Management & Strategic Communication


  • Provide updates on assigned tasks, progress, and blockers to team leads and managers.


  • Document solution behavior, testing outcomes, and known limitations for internal stakeholders.


  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to delivery timelines.


Driving Platform Adoption & Value Realization


  • Help monitor usage and performance of deployed solutions, identifying issues or enhancement opportunities.


  • Incorporate feedback from users to improve solution functionality and usability.


  • Assist in embedding solutions into workflows by ensuring outputs are accurate, accessible, and reliable.


Change Management & Continuous Improvement


  • Support change enablement activities including documentation, user guides, and onboarding support.


  • Capture feedback and contribute to iterative improvements of solutions and delivery processes.


  • Follow and help refine standardized delivery processes, templates, and best practices.


  • Continuously build technical skills and stay updated on evolving GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma/Biotech commercial operations, analytics and reporting experience


  • 2–3 years of experience in analytics, data, AI/ML, or technology delivery roles.


  • Demonstrated Technical Aptitude (AI/ML): Conceptual understanding of AI/ML technologies, with exposure to Generative AI concepts, model lifecycles, and data requirements.


  • Hands-on exposure (academic or professional) to Python, SQL, APIs, or data processing tools.


  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, copilots, or automation workflows.


  • Basic understanding of agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycle.


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with accuracy and consistency.


  • Adaptability and Agility: Willingness to learn and operate in fast-paced, evolving AI environments.


  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly within team settings and document work effectively.


  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot with support, and escalate appropriately.


  • Ethical Standards: Commitment to responsible AI use, compliance, and data integrity.


  • Experience working in global or cross-functional teams is a plus.
