The primary responsibility for this role is to design the Fire Alarm System as per customer/account specific standards & building codes and NFPA 72 standards. Follow processes, maintain required quality standards and on time deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.


How you will do it:


l   Independent execution of project throughout the lifecycle


l   Design the Fire Alarm System per local codes & standards


l   Review MEP drawings, Tender Specs etc. and identify Fire Alarm Requirements.


l   Complete input study with the help of input checklist and raise the RFIs.


l   Prepare Fire alarm Layout & engineering BOM


l   Ensure quality assurance and defect free Fire Alarms Drawings delivery.


l   Adherence with all processes and guidelines to execute project within timeline


What we look for:


Required


l   BE (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication)


l   4-10 Years’ experience in relevant field


l   Proficient in written and verbal communication. 


l   Should have strong domain knowledge of Fire Alarm System


l   Should be able to independently carry out Hardware Detail Design, Engineering and Application Development, Battery Calculations, Voltage drops calculations etc.


l   Knowledge on NFPA 72, IBC & Relevant codes & standards.


l   ACAD hands on experience


l   Simplex product knowledge will be an advantage


l   Understanding the tender documents & specifications.


l   Designing of Fire Alarm System IBC, NBC, NFPA 72 etc.


l   Must be a quick learner


Preferred:


l   NICET Level I & II Certified


l   Simplex Product Certified


l   Products: Simplex, Notifier, Siemens, EST etc.
