Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.
Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.
Required Skills:
6–10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.
Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium with Java
Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
