We’re seeking someone to join our CDRR Technology team as a Sr AI Developer, in Non-Financial Risk Technology to design, build, and support production-grade AI applications and agentic LLM solutions using Python and modern ML/LLM frameworks.

What you’ll do in the role:


  • Build systems using LLMs and multimodal models, retrieval and vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, MCP), integrated with internal tools and data.
  • Own the full lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, validation, deployment, monitoring, iteration, and support.
  • Track new model releases, vendor updates, and emerging patterns in agentic AI.
  • Run targeted experiments with new capabilities and share timely recommendations that influence roadmaps and standards.
  • Implement solutions for environment configuration (Dev/QA/Prod) and, build processes while documenting efforts and experiences with a focus on educating others to ensure reliability and ongoing supportability of the platform.
  • Write production-quality code and integrate APIs across internal platforms and external providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft).
  • Make pragmatic architectural decisions balancing speed, scale, security, reliability, and cost.
  • Build reusable components, templates, and playbooks that accelerate future development and reduce friction for downstream teams.
  • Participate in technology evaluations and play an active role in ongoing strategy based on technology trends, best practices and industry standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

What you’ll bring to the role:


  • 6+ years of hands-on development experience in Python and LLMs such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, and/or Copilot.
  • Evaluate model capabilities and select appropriate AI tools based on workflow needs, risk profile, and operational constraints.
  • Design guardrails for agentic systems, including tool safety, security controls, data handling, and human-in-the-loop review as needed.
  • Partner with Standards, Legal, Security, and GRC to ensure compliant data use, responsible deployment, and audit-ready practices.
  • Establish monitoring and incident response patterns to detect issues and maintain trust and reliability at scale.
  • Basic Linux and Windows command-line knowledge
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD technologies including Jenkins, Stash, GitHub, Git, Jira (or equivalents).
  • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE/OpenShift) in a clustered environment.
  • Track record of having worked on, and been involved in, the deployment and management of infrastructure at scale.
  • Able to troubleshoot, problem solve and be an analytical thinker.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal engagement skills ensuring an ability to communicate at all levels across multiple project aspects.
  • Focus on good time-management, task prioritization and an ability to meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Confidence in your skills, a self-starter and a team player possessed with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm.
  • Familiarity with, or experience working in, an Agile environment leveraging Kanban or Scrum.
  • Thorough understanding of security architecture principles, design, and engineering best practices.
