Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical products through rigorous testing, inspection, and adherence to industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for electrical products, including testing methodologies and inspection criteria.
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on electrical components and systems.
• Analyze test data and identify trends or patterns to proactively address potential quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to electrical quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing techniques, standards, and regulations (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NEC).
• Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify trends.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate quality-related issues.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
