Position: Specification Manager



Location: Noida



Education: B.Tech (Compulsory) & MBA (not compulsory)



Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of total experience working in construction chemicals / building material field & should have handled similar profile.




Key Responsibilities



  • Specification Management, General Consultant, Structural Consultants, Repair Consultant management, relation building with Govt. bodies and private influencers.

  • Lead generation and development, presentation and value selling, generates early information.

  • Bidding/ Tender management – pre-bid-starting with consultant -to - post-bid with the Sales team, provide tendering inputs, BOQ, Technical / Proposal submittals to Consultants.

  • Specification/ solution driven approach - Project in planning stage to handover to Sales team after winning the job. Be vigilant of the project progress. Drive Specification selling to convert to direct sales.

  • Actively develop new business by converting new customers and focusing on premium product sales, introduce new technologies to the Customer.

  • Liaising with Customers, Consultant, Contractors, and Architects at all levels.

Desired Profile



  • Preferably Civil or Chemical Engineers, working in the Construction Chemicals or Building sector, where the Clients are same as in CC.
  • Complete understanding of Construction Chemicals business & delivering Specification selling & Approvals
  • Ability to manage relationships/ establish good connection with Consultants & Sales effectively 
  • Should be able to manage customers & take relationships to next level
  • Knowledge of Specification selling process
