Lead high-impact Trade & Working Capital operations to deliver accurate, policy-compliant trade finance processing and continuous efficiency improvements.



As an Speciality Operations Analyst within the Trade & Working Capital Operations team, you manage day-to-day operations across trade finance products while ensuring timely, accurate execution within agreed service levels. You maintain and enhance operating controls by enforcing SOPs, adherence to ICC rules, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You support business change by engaging in new deals, participating in migration activities, and driving operational efficiency through best practices.


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage daily transaction processing and controls for trade finance products, including import/export bills, collections, letters of credit, and open account trading.
  • Deliver transaction turnaround within agreed SLAs while maintaining accuracy and operational risk discipline.
  • Maintain and update SOPs to reflect process, policy, and regulatory changes in a controlled and timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to ICC guidelines and internal trade finance policies, escalating exceptions and control breaks appropriately.
  • Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
  • Engage in new deals and migration initiatives by attending project calls, coordinating actions, and supporting smooth transitions into BAU.
  • Oversee reconciliations and trade-related accounting entries, including payment and settlement processing controls.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Trade Finance Operations
  • Strong working knowledge of ICC rules used in trade finance (UCP 600, ISBP, ISP, URR, URC)
  • Knowledge of Anti-Boycott and OFAC regulations with ability to apply compliance requirements to daily operations
  • Experience handling SWIFT payment messages (MT103, MT202, MT101), reconciliations, and trade payment entries (Nostro, Wash, SAP) with ability to multi-task


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) certification
  • Experience leading daily workflow within an operations team, including prioritization and exception management
  • Demonstrated track record of process improvement and efficiency initiatives in trade operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to support change delivery, migrations, and business coordination
