Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida.



This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.



Specialist – Survey Administration (C1)



What can you expect?



The purpose of this role is to work independently, on routine work for markets. The key accountabilities of this role will be to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on client products and internal projects, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. The survey analyst will report to project/team manager and will be mentored by Operations leader



We will count on you for:



  • Engagement in the process of collecting, processing and analyzing compensation and policy data.
  • Delivery of ad hoc queries and data analysis.
  • Analyzing client data for accuracy and completeness
  • Generating data analysis and process statistical reports for publication. Update data collection and report materials
  • Ability to Identify data gaps and trends on data and statistical reports respectively, providing recommendations to it. (Good to have Comp & Ben experience)
  • Effective communication with all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from various Mercer offices globally.
  • Owning the allocated activities of the project plan; coordinate tasks with other project stakeholders; communicate project status to internal/external groups; collaborate in discussions to solve moderate issues
  • Preparing the documentation and regular updates of SOPs. Peer review all the survey work accordingly before releasing it to markets.

What you need to have: 



  • Graduate (any stream)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar kind of work, data analysis or related field preferred
  • Good communications skills (verbal and written), problem solving skills,
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office products, in particular operating Excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, a natural inclination for working with data, and a keen eye for detail.
