·Ensure Track and report Issues registered related to Buyer requests
·Ensure SLA governance and management
·Ensure Supplier list maintenance
·Ensure Governance of historical engagement records
·Ensure Creation/Enhancement of peer-to-peer audit mechanism based on the ServiceNow process and updates
·Ensure interaction with the client (MetLife Customers) to manage Ad-hoc request from TPRM PO, Commodity leads and other stakeholders
·Support regional SNOW transition
·Training SRE new hires
·Risk remediation and Critical/Major file review and maintenance
·SOP creation, maintenance and review
·Govern documentation upload in SNOW
·Ensure adequate knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to procurement and Snow system.
·Ensure that targets are met in accordance to SLA and internal standards.
·Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
