We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion/OTBI Reporting Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM/HR modules and a strong background in developing and maintaining reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP).
The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, customize, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and HCM Extracts reports within Oracle Fusion HCM, and support mass data upload activities using HDL within Oracle Fusion HCM.
Analyze delivered Oracle Fusion HCM data models and modify subject areas to meet reporting requirements and data upload requirements.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll teams to gather reporting and data migration needs and translate them into optimized, scalable, and accurate reports.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for reporting issues in a timely manner.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM reporting tools and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features, reporting enhancements, and HDL capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/HR modules.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and reporting tools.
Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) for mass data uploads.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and error free data loads.
Experience working in global finance or professional services organizations
Preferred qualification/skills:
Oracle HCM certification.
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with HR processes, data governance, and HDL based data migration practices
