ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description:



We are seeking an experienced IS Endpoint Management Engineer to join our Digital Workplace Experience team. In this role, you will support and enhance enterprise device management solutions that power a secure, efficient, and seamless technology experience for our global workforce. You'll work hands-on with modern endpoint platforms and collaborate across teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery.



Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Support and maintain end-user computing platforms including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and virtual desktops (W365 VDI).



  • Assist in the implementation and support of Modern Device Management and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions.



  • Apply and maintain configuration standards and deployment methods for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, following IS policies and compliance requirements.



  • Conduct software and update testing for desktops and laptops to ensure compatibility, performance, and regulatory alignment.



  • Evaluate new devices, provide data-driven feedback, and assist with compliance validation.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams—including Cyber Security, Network Administration, and Deskside Services—for device requirements, integration, and support.



  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of deployment tools, processes, and support models for applications and workforce services.



  • Track, publish, and analyze key operational metrics to support stability, performance, and user satisfaction.



  • Respond to and help resolve critical outages, technical issues, and participate in capacity planning efforts.



  • Build strong working relationships with vendors, participate in beta testing and product feedback forums, and support alignment with evolving product roadmaps.



  • Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives within the endpoint management domain.



Basic Qualifications and Experience:



  • Master’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience or 



  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience or



  • Associate degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience or




  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience or



Functional Skills:



  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Life Sciences.



  • Skilled in designing solutions for Digital Workspace technologies, including mobility, virtualization, and end-user devices.



  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in large-scale IT environments.



  • Proficient with iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows 10/11, and virtualization technologies.



  • Experienced in collaborating with DevOps and Agile teams



  • Proven UEM expertise (Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf) in provisioning, deployment, updates, and policy management.



  • Experienced in packaging software for large-scale deployment on Windows and Mac.



  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Professional Certifications:



  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred) 



Soft Skills:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, team members, and management.



  • Positive, proactive attitude focused on service improvement and exceeding expectations.



  • Proven experience working closely with outsourced partners for device deployments, OS updates, and quality testing.



  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
