We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive colleague to support the development and testing of our website. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, functionality, and accessibility of our web presence through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), effective communication, and collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate will be involved in regression testing, bug reporting, backlog maintenance, and will play a key role in future accessibility initiatives. 


We will count on you to:


  • Author and publish blogs, news articles, and event content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Create and maintain location pages to support regional content needs.
  • Audit and maintain the website sitemap to ensure accurate navigation.
  • Support acquisition web onboarding by auditing sites for compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Perform mass web updates, such as implementing accessibility changes across multiple pages.
  • Author and update landing pages based on initial content strategy and documentation.
  • Generate and manage QR codes using Bit.ly for marketing and tracking purposes 

What you need to have:   


  • 3 - 5 years of prior work experience 
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to content accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with content strategists, developers, and other stakeholders to implement updates.
  • Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to learn new tools and processes as web technologies evolve.
  • Mass Update Execution: Capability to perform bulk updates efficiently, especially for accessibility and compliance changes.
  • Backlog Management: Ability to support backlog grooming and ticket preparation, ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks.
  • Research Skills: Ability to conduct competitor analysis and technical research to support continuous improvement
  • Should be comfortable with 6.30am – 3.30pm, 2.30pm – 11.30pm and 6.30pm – 3.30am (Should be flexible as per business requirement)

Eligibility:


  • Minimum 12 months experience in current role as Senior Analyst/Specialist
  • Should have at least “On Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
  • Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months.
  • Should not have applied for any other IJP within MCIPL in the last 3 months

  • Experience in using Bit.ly or similar tools for QR code creation and management. Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
  • Understanding of web compliance standards and experience auditing websites for adherence.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and willingness to engage in accessibility initiatives.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization and best practices for both on and off page SEO
