Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics solution development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted productivity tools, and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt emerging technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable reporting solutions that transform data into actionable insights, while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

What will you do in this role

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models to meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly analytics solutions.
• Build and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models for performance and accuracy.
• Work with data sources such as SQL databases, APIs, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure best practices in data visualization, report performance, governance, and security.
• Leverage Copilot and AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity.
• Continuously explore and adopt new tools, features, and AI capabilities to enhance analytics delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present insights, and support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot data, model, and report issues, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Support deployment, version control, documentation, and maintenance of BI assets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers or analysts as needed.

What should you have

• Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3-6 years of hands-on Power BI development experience
