An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate will provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to ensure strong execution of consumables alternatives test plans. This role will help maintain focus on cost-savings initiatives by managing daily follow-ups, documentation, communications, and sample coordination, allowing the sourcing team to concentrate on higher-value strategic activities.
Key Competencies:
1.Review and understand test plans provided by the sourcing team.
2.Distribute test plans to Business Unit Managers (BUMAs) and relevant stakeholders.
3.Track progress of each test plan and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
4.Daily Follow-Ups & Communication
5.Conduct daily follow-ups with BUMAs and other participants to gather updates, clarify requirements, and ensure timelines are met.
6.Maintain clear records of all questions, blockers, and feedback received.
7.Escalate unresolved issues to sourcing team members as needed.
