Roles: Business Development and Channel Partner Management Regularly identify and qualify leads in the assigned markets through both B2B and B2C sales interactions.
Utilize a robust network of Channel Partners (CPs) and existing clients to meet set targets.
Continuously expand the CP network to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships in partnership with CPs.
Conduct frequent meetings with CPs aimed at engagement and empanelment for enhanced business growth.
Perform quarterly reviews of CPs, assessing their achievements against targets, qualitative performance, and opportunities for process improvement.
Client Relationship Building Diligently follow up with prospective clients based on their specific needs.
Possess comprehensive product knowledge, including detailed project-level information, and communicate this effectively to potential customers.
Work closely with the Team Lead to meet prospects, organize and conduct site visits, and build strong client relationships with the objective of progressing proposals to confirmed deals.
Play a vital role throughout all stages of customer engagement until delivery, providing support for any query resolution.
Industry Awareness Stay updated with competitor information such as pricing trends, construction activity, key market trends, and overall market dynamics.
Network proactively with peer teams and industry contacts to remain informed about developments, market shifts, and emerging business opportunities.
Coordinate with various departments to deepen product knowledge.
Team Collaboration Assist peer teams to facilitate smooth deal closures by ensuring necessary documentation (legal agreements, billing, credit, etc.
) is complete and monitor collections for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with different departments, including Customer Care and Sales teams, to deliver exceptional customer service.
Systems and Process Compliance Maintain precise records for assigned accounts and provide regular updates to the Team Lead and Segment Head.
Adhere strictly to SFDC and lead tracking protocols as required.
Ensure full compliance with Lodha Group’s policies, procedures, and value system.
