Solution Expert Architect

Role: Infrastructure Architect.
* Possess strong, in-depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including network, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, and hybrid environments.
* Define and govern end-to-end infrastructure architecture aligned with operational stability, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
* Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to customers and internal IT Operations teams.
* Translate business requirements into sustainable and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
* Develop and present a future-ready infrastructure roadmap, covering modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and technology transformation initiatives.
* Ensure infrastructure architectures adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
* Act as a design authority for infrastructure changes, enhancements, and major transformation programs.
* Support complex troubleshooting and act as a technical escalation point for high-impact operational issues.
* Drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement across the infrastructure landscape.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to improve resilience, availability, and operational efficiency.
* Provide guidance on DR, high availability, capacity planning, and performance management strategies.
