We are currently seeking a Solution Designer - Cloud Applications (SAP Ariba) to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Role Overview

The Solution Designer – Cloud Applications (SAP Ariba) is responsible for designing end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions leveraging SAP Ariba and related cloud platforms. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable solution architectures, ensuring seamless integrations with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), and leading design governance across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP Ariba-based cloud procurement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define solution architecture across:
  • Ariba Buying & Invoicing
  • Ariba Sourcing
  • Ariba Contracts
  • Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
  • Catalog Management
• Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions.
• Create high-level and detailed solution design documents (HLD/LLD).
• Define integration architecture between SAP Ariba and:
  • SAP ECC / S/4HANA
  • SAP CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
  • Third-party systems (Tax, Logistics, CRM, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.
• Provide guidance on master data strategy, workflow design, approval matrices, and compliance controls.
• Support estimation, solution planning, and RFP responses.
• Oversee SIT/UAT cycles from a solution design perspective.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba solution design and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CIG integration framework.
• Experience designing integrations (IDOCs, APIs, Web Services).
• Knowledge of master data governance (Suppliers, Materials, GL, Cost Centers).
• Understanding of compliance, risk management, and procurement governance.
• Experience working in global, multi-country rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Ariba Certification(s).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Familiarity with other cloud procurement platforms (Coupa, Ivalua, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles (SaaS, security, SSO, IAM).
• Experience in Agile and hybrid project delivery models.

• Strong solutioning and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical architecture.
• Leadership in cross-functional environments.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
