Solution Designer

Project description The Solution Designer will be responsible for designing secure, scalable technology solutions across hybrid cloud environments, with a strong focus on AWS. The role supports initiatives that involve modern application architectures, cloud-native services, and data platforms, working closely with stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into effective end‑to‑end solution designs. Responsibilities Design secure, robust solutions across hybrid cloud environments, with AWS as the preferred platform. Define solution architectures leveraging microservices, APIs, RESTful services, containerization (Docker), and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Contribute to data architecture design, including data modelling, data engineering approaches, and data governance considerations. Collaborate closely with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, non‑functional, and security requirements. Communicate solution designs clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Skills Must have At least 2 years of experience as an architect and 10 years of experience within IT. Proven experience designing secure solutions in hybrid cloud environments, with strong preference for AWS. Solid knowledge of microservices architectures, APIs, RESTful services, Kubernetes, and Docker. Experience with data architecture concepts, including data modelling, data engineering, and data governance.
