About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise eCommerce solutions across global clients.


This is a senior, client-facing role where you will own end-to-end architecture, lead technical discovery, and act as the trusted advisor across SFCC implementations.


You will be responsible for shaping scalable, high-performance commerce solutions and guiding teams through complex architecture and integration decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end SFCC solution architecture across projects
  • Lead client discovery workshops and define solution approach
  • Design SFCC architecture patterns (SFRA, headless, hybrid)
  • Define integration strategy across OMS, PIM, payments, ERP, and third-party services
  • Drive architecture decisions, balancing scalability, performance, and business needs
  • Guide development teams and ensure adherence to SFCC best practices
  • Review technical designs and ensure high-quality, scalable implementations
  • Act as the primary technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Must-have:


  • Strong experience as an SFCC (Salesforce B2C Commerce) Solution Architect
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end architecture on SFCC implementations
  • Experience leading client workshops and technical discussions
  • Deep knowledge of:
    • SFRA and/or headless commerce
    • OCAPI / SCAPI
    • Commerce integrations (OMS, PIM, payments, ERP)
  • Strong understanding of scalable eCommerce architecture and performance optimisation

Nice to have:


  • Experience across multi-site / multi-region implementations
  • Exposure to Salesforce Core or broader commerce ecosystems
