We are looking for a Software Tester to join our Agile engineering team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about software testing, test automation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with developers, analysts, designers, and other testers across multiple Scrum teams to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable products used globally.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams working together to create digital solutions
• Review system requirements and technical designs to understand expected software behaviour
• Analyse use case scenarios, develop test cases, and automate them to ensure adequate test coverage
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts, and execute them effectively
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing estimates and quality updates
• Configure test environments and generate realistic and relevant test data
• Support multiple Scrum teams and projects as required
• Maintain testing and reporting tools aligned with business and technology needs
• Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle and recommend improvements
• Document, track, and manage defects using appropriate testing and tracking tools
• Execute and report on non-functional testing including load, performance, and accessibility testing
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve quality assurance processes and automation frameworks
• Contribute to CI/CD testing and automation initiatives
• Provide support to product support teams when required
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and testing practices
• 4–6 years of experience in a Testing/QA role
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automation testing
• Strong experience with Playwright (TypeScript or JavaScript) – essential
• Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps, and Git
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Basic programming knowledge and database skills (SQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate effectively within a global organisation
• Strong understanding of modern software development and testing processes
• Experience in API testing using Postman and Swagger
• Experience in Accessibility Testing
• Experience in Load and Performance Testing
• Knowledge of other automation frameworks such as Selenium is advantageous
• ISTQB, CSTE, or Certified Agile Tester certifications are desirable
• Experience working with global teams across different geographies is beneficial
