About the role

We’re looking for a skilled Sr. developer with 5-6 years of experience to lead architect cum system design for telecom-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, Angular, and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and microservices. Experience in the Telecom domain is a must, with a focus on building scalable, reliable, and event-driven systems.





Key Responsibilities:
1) lead end-to-end telecom solutions with high availability and low latency.
2) Define system design and technical standards for scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
3) Lead the design and implementation of backend (Java, Python) and frontend (Angular 7/8/9) systems.
4) Oversee deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
5) Manage TLS certificates, load balancing, server configurations, and infrastructure security.
6) Integrate and optimize messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ.
7) Support logging and monitoring using the ELK stack.
8) Collaborate with telecom SMEs, product owners, and development teams.




Tech Stack:
1) Languages: Angular,Java 11, Python, VB
2) Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, JWT, oAuth2
3) Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitLab)
4) Monitoring & Logs: ELK Stack
5) Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ELS
6) Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Zookeeper
7) OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9
8) Design Patterns: Microservices, Event-Driven, CQRS, System Design




Preferred Qualifications:
1) Prior experience in telecom systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, monitoring, alarms, mediation systems)
2) Good understanding of system architecture, load distribution, and horizontal scaling
3) Cloud exposure.
4) Strong leadership and communication skills
