Specifically, our team is responsible for the company’s technology engineering, architecture, and infrastructure, providing 24x7 support to ensure an uninterrupted, high-quality experience for customers and colleagues. We also provide product management for core enterprise platforms, and lead technology risk and information security, enterprise data governance and platforms, digital product and design, and enterprise AI platforms on behalf of the company.
Credit, Fraud & Collections operates within a broader Global Servicing and Corporate technology organization, managing assisted servicing platforms for customers with high outstanding balances and across all stages of the credit lifecycle. It also supports internal collections operations and facilitates the transfer of accounts to external agency partners.
The Credit backend systems are being modernized to enable a unified architecture and decouple tightly integrated systems. It includes distributed business processes, integrating with different systems of records, and API interfaces to manage the Credit concern lifecycle, leveraging a component-based, event-driven, microservices architecture.
