We are currently hiring a software engineer to join our engineering team to build and maintain a secure and robust cloud-based infrastructure on Simcencer X platform. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test and deliver complete user story with minimal supervision. Collaborate on architecture and integration requirements across multiple teams. Translate market and competitive insights into clear product priorities and business outcomes. Lead go-to-market alignment — positioning, launch readiness, and messaging for new releases. Track performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement in usability, reliability, and value delivery. Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications. Gather and analyse metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Showcase POCs enabling use of new frameworks/technologies. Qualifications: Good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application is a must. 5-8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on [Java/Go/Python]. Proven experience in designing and implementing object-oriented solutions. Strong background in developing distributed systems and stateless architectures. Hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and modern Python-based AI/ML libraries. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure. Ability to gather and analyse software requirements and design efficient solutions. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Proficiency in working with various databases (including RDBMS, Graph, Document, Columnar databases) is a plus.
