Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at BP Business Solutions India Private Limited. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of robust software solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and a strong focus on secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
Responsibilities:
Compose, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using agile core practices.
Give to the continuous improvement of our development processes, including continuous deployment and release strategies.
Participate in the configuration management and release processes, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery.
Apply analytics to understand system performance and user behavior, driving data-informed build and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
Implement and maintain robust information security practices within developed applications and systems.
Develop and maintain relational data models, ensuring data integrity and optimal database performance.
Contribute to risk management activities, identifying and mitigating potential software-related risks.
Apply scripting languages for automation, system administration, and data manipulation tasks.
Support service operations and resilience planning, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
Handle source control and code repositories optimally, adhering to best practices.
Contribute to system build discussions and documentation, ensuring scalable and maintainable architectures.

Engage in digital project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
3 yrs of Experience Proven experience applying Agility core practices in software development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in configuration management and release processes.
Demonstrable experience with continuous deployment and release methodologies.
Familiarity with digital project management principles and practices.
Solid understanding of information security best practices.
Expertise in relational data modelling and database design.
Experience with risk management methodologies in a software development context.
Proficiency in various scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Understanding of service operations and resilience principles.
Strong knowledge of source control and code management tools (e.g., Git).
Experience in system design and architecture.
Ability to coach and mentor team members (desirable).
