Your role and responsibilities

As a Software Development Manager for IBM Z, you will design, develop, test, and deliver offerings using the latest technologies, while aligning employees' work with IBM's strategy and goals. You will lead or participate in organization planning, providing leadership and support to ensure that business objectives are met. * Talent Development and Management: Proven experience in advising and coaching employees to develop their skills and capabilities, establishing clear performance expectations, and holding people accountable for results.



* Change Management and Innovation: Experience in supporting change, encouraging employees to innovate, evaluating suggestions, and removing obstacles to implementation, with a strong focus on enhancing IBM's climate and business results.

* Advanced Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends in software development for IBM Z systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and business results.
