About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Java Developer who enjoys building reliable, scalable applications across backend and frontend systems. In this role, you’ll work on well-defined problems, contribute to meaningful features, and collaborate with teammates to deliver solutions that improve customer experience.

You’ll use modern development practices, including AI-assisted tools, to write high-quality code and continuously improve how we build software.
 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain applications usingJava (Spring Boot or similar)and modern frontend technologies

  
  

• Develop features across APIs, services, and user interfaces

  
  

• Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs across different parts of the system

  
  

• Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews

  
  

• Deploy and validate your work in shared environments

  
  

• Contribute tocomponent-level designwith a focus on performance and reliability

  
  

• Apply standard design patterns and improve existing solutions

  
  

• UseAI-powered development toolsto write, test, and debug code more efficiently

  
  

• Explore ways AI can improve workflows, automation, or product features

  
  

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers

  
  

• Communicate clearly about progress, challenges, and decisions

  
  

• Turn requirements into working, user-focused solutions

  
  

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality

  
  

• Follow CI/CD and DevOps practices

  
  

• Help investigate and resolve production issues when needed

• Experience withthe adoption ofAI-powered solutionsto streamline workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate decision-making across engineering and operational processes.

  
  

• Drove innovation through the implementation ofModel Context Protocol (MCP), enabling seamless integration between AI agents, enterprise systems, and business tools to create intelligent, context-aware workflows.

  
  

• Developed AI-driven accelerators that reduced manual effort, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced the quality and speed of execution across teams.

  
  

• Expertise inthe use ofGenerative AI and Agentic AI frameworksto automate complex tasks, deliver actionable insights, and improve overall business outcomes.

  
  

• Experience usingAI-assisted coding tools(such as Copilot or ChatGPT)

  
  

• Interest in applying AI to improve development workflows

  
  

Frontend Experience

• Working knowledge ofJavaScript, HTML, and CSS

  
  

• Experience with a framework likeReact, Angular, or Vue

  
  

Full Stack Foundations

• Understanding of how frontend and backend systems work together

  
  

• Familiarity withdatabases (SQL or NoSQL)

  
  

• Exposure tocloud environmentsand deployment basics

  
  

Engineering Practices

• Experience withTest automation and debugging.

  
  

• Familiarity withGit and CI/CD workflows

  
  

• Awareness of secure coding practices
   

  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with theMERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

  
  

• Exposure tomicroservices or distributed systems

  
  

• Familiarity withDocker, Kubernetes, or similar tools
