Experience with Agile\LEAN methods. Your profile and your skills: They are innovative and can inspire others with their ideas and can adapt flexibly to new situations. This profile is rounded off by initiative, analytical skills, organizational skills and result orientation as well as communication skills, team spirit, motivation and enthusiasm.
