SL2 Engineer (Networking)

Project description The primary goal of this project is to deliver a set of new features for the public cloud platform of a leading U.S. healthcare provider. Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced SL2 Engineer with strong undestanding in Networking (DNS, CDN, Routing, WAF, Ingress/Egress) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability. Collaborating closely with client teams to ensure project goals are met and delivering robust, scalable solutions. Skills Must have Experience in SL2 support (5+ year); Knowledge of network configuration in cloud environments advanced understanding of modern network topologies (TCP/IP stack) and traffic management: HTTPS, DNS, TCP, IP, routing, load balancing, WAF, 3+ years; Troubleshooting and Root Cause analysis experienced with command-line utilities for troubleshooting: openssl, nslookup/dig, curl, traceroute, etc.; Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; Hands-on experience with any cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP): 3+ years (1+ years of intensive experience); Experience of working in distributed teams; Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with client teams. Nice to have Experience with Golang development; Experience with React development; Familiarity with large-scale system migrations and modernization efforts; Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture patterns.
