We are seeking a dynamic Site Program Manager for Prime Video Experience Tech (PVXT) in Bangalore to drive employee engagement and workplace experience initiatives. In this role, you'll orchestrate a variety of programs including tech talks, team meetings, and social events that foster community and belonging. You will implement development programs that enhance our workplace culture, as well as manage office operations, coordinate leadership visits, and oversee space planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining careful attention to detail. Key job responsibilities
1. Design and execute engaging employee experience initiatives, including team meetings, recognition programs, tech talks, training programs (virtual and onsite), and social events.
2. Continuously assess and improve engagement programs (e.g. BR/BRIT), introducing innovative ideas to boost team cohesion and morale.
3. Manage onboarding processes and oversee office space planning to accommodate team growth.
4. Lead cross-functional projects (e.g. subjective testing program, AVOC, lab management), ensuring timely delivery and effective follow-up on action items.
5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance communication and collaboration across teams and geographic locations.
6. Maintain detailed documentation of programs, meetings, and initiatives, ensuring clear and organized information flow.
7. Coordinate logistics for leadership visits, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and presentation support.
8. Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the workplace experience.

The Prime Video Experience & Technology (PVXT) team is the technical backbone of Amazon Prime Video's global streaming service, powering the delivery of movies, TV shows, live sports, and linear content across multiple platforms. We manage the core infrastructure that enables customers to stream, download, and access both VOD and live content, including exclusive sports rights and channel subscriptions like Paramount+ and NBA League Pass. Our organization drives innovation across video playback, client experiences, availability, scaling technologies, DevOps tooling, and privacy. With hundreds of engineers worldwide, we're responsible for the strategy, product management, development, and operations that ensure seamless streaming experiences for millions of customers. As Prime Video continues to expand its global footprint, our team scales the service across multiple dimensions including geographic regions, devices, content offerings, and user sessions, while maintaining high performance and reliability standards.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
