The project:


This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.


Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Supports project delivery in line with agreed objectives and plans.
  • Actively engages in health, safety, and wellbeing standards throughout all stages.
  • Assists in preparing, updating, and modifying project plans.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure robust quality systems and service excellence.
  • Records and analyses meetings, site walks, and contextual information.
  • Partners with stakeholders to manage risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Tracks and formalises project changes within agreed timeframes.
  • Contributes to handover documentation and net zero carbon transition goals.

You’ll need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in civil.
  • Experience in the relevant field.
