Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading carpet manufacturing company with a strong global presence and well-established production facilities. Our client is looking for a Shift Officer to manage and streamline wet processing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring production efficiency, quality consistency, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and execute shift-wise production activities in line with planned targets

- Guide and manage machine operators and floor staff to ensure optimal productivity

- Monitor process parameters including chemical usage, cycle timings, and equipment performance

- Identify and resolve process-related issues such as shade inconsistencies or finishing defects

- Maintain accurate shift logs, production data, and operational reports

- Ensure proper tracking, labeling, and handling of materials across stages

- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address machine breakdowns promptly

- Follow defined quality standards and escalate any deviations or non-conformities

- Enforce safety protocols and maintain cleanliness across the production floor


Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in textile manufacturing, preferably in wet processing, dyeing, or finishing operations.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, or related field.

- Basic understanding of wet processing, dyeing, or finishing operations.

- Familiarity with process control and production parameters.

- Working knowledge of computers for reporting and documentation.
