An Ideal Candidate:
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Senior SPM Developer who will play a crucial role
in designing, developing and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Primary
expertise in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), with hands-on experience in
ITSM, IRM and other modules - preferred
Key Competencies:
Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to the below:
Assists Business Process Analyst in estimating release-level effort.
Takes ownership of complex business requirements.
Review requests for enhanced feature functionality and prioritize accordingly.
Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
Work across applications to deliver new functionality and innovative solutions.
Work with the ServiceNow platform team, Platform and Process Owners to configure and
maintain platform components.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades by planning and execution.
Ensure latest platform upgrades and features are enabled.
Manage instance security, user/group access and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
Manage and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow applications.
