In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow SPM solutions to help clients align their projects and portfolios with business objectives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making through effective portfolio visibility and management.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their portfolio management processes and requirements.
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules to support strategic planning and portfolio management.
Provide guidance on best practices for portfolio governance, demand management, and resource allocation.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of SPM with other ITSM processes.
