1. Knowledge/Experience of working on different Servicenow modules like ITSM (IT service management), TSOM (Telecommunications Service Operations Management), FSM (Field Service Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Inventory, ITOM (Enterprise IT Operations Management), TSM (Telecommunications Service Management ), OMT (Order Management), TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) etc.
2. Good knowledge/experience of Products & Service Catalog, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, Business Rules and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
3. Configuration/Customization/Implementation of the ServiceNow system followed by efficient integration using workflows.
4. Experience integrating external systems with the ServiceNow using integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA etc.
5. Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards.
6. Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools.
