Overview At PepsiCo, we are building a simpler, smarter, and more seamless Digital Employee Experience (DEEx). The ServiceNow C4E DEEx Lead Automation Developer is a senior, hands-on role within our ServiceNow Center of Excellence (C4E) responsible for designing, building, and governing automation that improves employee productivity, operational reliability, and service quality at scale. You will lead automation solution design across DEEx journeys—reducing manual work, standardizing processes, and enabling intelligent, self-healing services through workflow orchestration, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Lead Automation Strategy for DEEx Serve as the C4E design authority for ServiceNow automation patterns, standards, and reusable components across DEEx journeys Translate experience and operational goals into automation roadmaps that reduce toil, cycle time, and service variability Partner with product owners and platform teams to prioritize automation for high-volume, high-impact workflows Design & Deliver End-to-End Automations ServiceNow Automation (Required) Design and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using Flow Designer, Subflows, and reusable patterns that scale across the platform and eliminate redundant development Build robust testing frameworks with ATF scripting and leverage open-source automation tools to ensure reliability, maintainability, and continuous delivery of automation capabilities Architect seamless integrations through IntegrationHub (Spokes, Actions), REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven webhook designs that connect systems in real-time and enable intelligent workflow orchestration.
