Role Overview This role in our Services department responsible for Sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts Growth is a strategic sales role focused on expanding Chubb’s AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) portfolio by identifying untapped market segments, targeting new and profitable accounts and segments, and unlocking new revenue streams outside the scope of existing sales team coverage. This role will drive AMC sales through strong new customer acquisition, independent and bundled service offerings, and pull through business through service contracts, covering ELV domains like BMS, Fire, Safety, and Security systems. Roles & Responsibility: � � Portfolio Expansion Strategy • Identify and prioritize maintenance contract growth opportunities outside of active existing customer bases. • Map and analyze white space regions, verticals, and accounts to create a targeted outreach and engagement strategy. • Collaborate with data and marketing teams to extract insights from install base data, market intelligence, and lost customer databases to uncover actionable opportunities. � � New Customer Acquisition • Actively pursue new profitable customer accounts not currently under service agreements • Create tailored AMC proposals for independent systems or bundled service contracts to deliver value across multiple ELV solutions. • Develop and grow a consistent pipeline of AMC opportunities from new clients. � � Engagement with FM companies and influencers • Actively engage with leading integrated facility management firms, and influencers to gain entry into untapped accounts. • Position Chubb as a preferred service provider • 🔹 Solution Selling & Customization • Promote both standard and customized AMC offerings across verticals (commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, etc.). • Work with technical teams to assess systems, conduct site reviews, and propose SLAs that align with customer needs and compliance standards. • Integrate digital services (including analytics) into proposals for enhanced service value. � � Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate closely with inside sales, marketing, regional projects and service teams, and business unit leaders to align efforts and drive conversions. • Work hand-in-hand with operations and delivery teams to ensure readiness and seamless onboarding of new AMC clients. � � Lead Management & CRM Discipline • Qualify leads passed from marketing, demand generation, or campaigns. • Ensure timely updates and full visibility of opportunities in CRM with customer segmentation, engagement history, and forecast stages. • Track AMC proposal success rates and feedback to refine go-to-market approach. Must have: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. • 10+ years of experience in Sales & product management, preferably on IBMS service sales in AMC contracts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through their lifecycle. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools is desirable. • Require excellent relationship with building owners, IFM companies, customers, Consultant etc. Location and Travel: This role is based in Bangalore, with travel to other locations as required.
