Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.Role Overview:Develop + execute packing standards for T30 service parts dispatch. Decide optimal packing/labelling for batteries, controllers, tyres and other motorcycle parts ensuring zero damage. Learn EV logistics + process design.
What You’ll Do:1. Packing Standards Development (40%)
- Analyze each part: Battery box (shockproof), controller (ESD), tyres (stacking).
- Design packing solutions: Select foam, bubblewrap, boxes per part characteristics.
- Test + iterate: Drop tests, vibration simulation for ruggedness.
- Document SOPs: "Battery Box Packing Guide" with photos.
2. Daily Packing Operations (20%)
- Execute dispatch: Pack per dealer orders using developed standards.
- Quality verification: Contents match, packing correct, labels accurate.
- Loading: Courier-ready shipments (48hr SLA).
3. Labelling & Documentation (30%)
- Label design: Part#, dealer name, fragile warnings, batch codes.
- Dealer-ready: Clear instructions for unpacking/installation.
- Track & report: Packing damage feedback loop.
4. Process Improvement (10%)
- Kaizen ideas: Packing material optimization, workflow efficiency.
- Weekly review: Damage reports → standard updates.
