This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 7 years Location: pune JobType :full-time Job description Duties and Responsibilities: Handle Customer Complaints related to a range of products including Water Submersible Motors, PM Synchronous motors, and Fans, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Conduct Product Servicing diligently, addressing customer complaints either on-site or within the plant premises to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Perform thorough Analysis of complaints by identifying root causes, and proactively initiate Corrective & Preventive actions to prevent recurrence and improve product reliability.
Carry out comprehensive Site Surveys to assess installation environments and identify potential challenges affecting product performance.
Manage On-site Product Installation & Testing procedures, ensuring that equipment is setup correctly and operating at optimal levels according to specifications.
Provide expert Technical Support to customers through both online and offline channels, delivering clear guidance and troubleshooting assistance promptly.
Conduct Training sessions at customer locations or on the field to educate users and technical staff on product operation, maintenance, and best practices to maximize product lifespan and efficiency.
