We are hiring an SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist with 7-9 years of experience in organic SEO and growth marketing.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical SEO expertise, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience with essential tools.
This specialist will be responsible for driving organic search traffic growth by developing and executing SEO initiatives across technical, content, and backlinking to support traffic and revenue objectives.
Since the role is global, you will be required to cover SEO across all of Laundryheap’s territories.
The candidate should be able to take ownership of organic growth strategies end-to-end.
This is a lean team, so the ability to work independently, collaborate with teams effectively, and manage priorities is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Technical SEO Conduct regular SEO audits and ensure site health: crawlability, indexation, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
Implement and manage structured data, sitemaps, redirects, and internal linking strategies.
Collaborate with tech and product teams to integrate SEO best practices into site architecture.
Organic Growth Strategy Develop and execute an SEO roadmap to grow traffic, leads, and conversions.
Perform keyword research and content gap analysis to uncover growth opportunities on a regular basis.
Leverage AI-powered SEO tools and workflows to scale and optimize faster.
Awareness of AEO and how to leverage content and other strategies for more citations Performance Tracking & Data Insights Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and other dashboards to monitor and report on organic performance.
Analyse keyword rankings, traffic sources, CTRs, and conversions to identify actionable insights.
Translate data into clear recommendations for content, product, and leadership teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with content and design teams to align SEO with content marketing.
Partner with developers to implement technical recommendations.
Support growth marketing initiatives with organic-first strategies.
Collaborate with external partners for backlinking and other PR-related initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications: 7-9 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Proven ability to grow organic performance across multiple KPIs (traffic, leads, engagement).
Expertise in GA, GSC, Ahrefs, and other tools.
Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors.
Ability to read and interpret performance data and communicate insights effectively.
Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, schema, and structured data.
Growth mindset with problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper, etc.
). Experience with international/multi-regional or large-scale SEO projects.
Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for technical troubleshooting.
