* Strong competences in containerisation and orchestration with Kubernetes, Docker/ECK/EKS and GKE
* Experience with AI, ML, LLM technologies.
* Minimum 6+ years of proven experience and knowledge in cable, satellite or telco industry with end-to-end system integration of B2B/B2C video services, Video Headend/IPTV/OTT solutions. Hands-on experience with video processing pipelines: feed contribution, ingest, encoding, decoding, transcoding (offline and real-time), packaging for ABR outputs (HLS, MPEG-DASH, H.264/H.265 profiles). Fluency with video codec ecosystems and transport protocols: MPEG 2/4, GOP structure, I-P-B frames, AVC, HEVC, RTP, RTMP, SRT, SDR/HDR, container formats (MP4, MPEG-TS, fragmented MP4), bitrates and aspect ratios manifest/segment tuning (segment length, fMP4 vs TS) for Live, Replay, Recordings and VoD delivery. Strong experience with packaging and streaming tooling (FFmpeg, Ateme solutions or equivalent encoders/packagers), real time ABR ladder generation, bitrate ladder optimization, Dolby audio, closed-captions and subtitles, SCTE-35 ad signalling, client and server-side manifest/ad manipulation.
