Overview:
Our Technology practice sits at the nexus point of innovative, integrated campaigns for technologies that impact consumers, society, and our way of life. We’re looking for communicators that are passionate about telling deep, impactful stories at this intersection, using creativity, analytics, and media relations skills to move conversations forward in a meaningful way.
We are seeking a senior leader to join our growing team in India to help us realize this vision and drive our industry forward -- someone who understands the technology sector, knows how to reach a variety of business audiences, and has an appetite to own and drive the kinds of integrated communications marketing campaigns that win awards.
This is no ordinary technology role – the remit requires a traditional corporate communications mindset paired with a high level of sector experience in technology. We want a trusted advisor who can shape corporate reputation strategies against the ever-changing technology landscape.
If you’re passionate about corporate communications and technology – and want to expand your horizons and do transformative work for game-changing brands – we want to hear from you.

The leader will ensure the right specialists within the team and from across the firm work on the right pieces of business, bringing excellence to how we deliver positive Trust building outcomes for our client. Also serving as a key member of the APAC regional client team, this individual will be responsible for connecting the dots across different parts of the client business in India and beyond to ensure their team (on local and regional sides) have a full picture of the Indian work, synergies and overlaps.
Beyond excellent team leadership, this leader must be an experienced client advisor, a tenacious problem solver and confident in their ability to offer client advice based on insight and experience. They must be prepared to challenge our clients’ views and perspectives in a way that encourages an evolution in their storytelling process.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary or senior contact for clients within communications team and across client business
Manage multiple workstreams and projects from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
Be responsible for delivering smart, research-driven best-in-class creative programs for our clients
Use capabilities and navigate resources across the network to advance client business objectives
Formulate thoughtful points of view and recommendations based on broad communications and client landscape
Hold a belief that recommendations must be grounded in data and experience working cross-functionally with research teams to build effective strategies and impactful measurement
Demonstrate advanced writing and editing skills across a range of mediums
Make active contributions to team culture to build the workplace of the future
Work with team to set performance and career development goals to foster an environment of continuous growth
Mentor, coach and support team members to grow and develop
Help attract new talent and work to build a team with diverse views and backgrounds
