Your Impact:

• Develop and execute system-level test automation for Cisco IIoT solutions.
• Create and maintain solution validation documentation (CVPs).
• Troubleshoot customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to define test requirements and automation strategies.
• Enhance test quality, coverage, and efficiency through innovative automation approaches.
• Apply AI/ML technologies to improve testing and automation processes.
• Support team development through knowledge sharing and technical mentorship.
• Maintain and contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge repositories.

Minimum Qualifications (Must have)

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 8+ years of experience in test automation and expertise in building and maintaining automated test suites.

• Strong Python programming and test automation expertise, with the ability to develop high-quality, scalable automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies, including routers, switches, L2/L3 protocols, and network security solutions such as firewalls.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation and productivity-enhancing solutions for networking environments.
• Experience in performance, scalability, and feature validation testing of networking and security platforms.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
