Roles and Responsibilities

Perform static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis using classical hand calculations.
Apply Boeing Static and Book 1, 2, and 3 Fatigue Analysis methodologies.
Use Boeing stress tools: IAS, XSA/SA+, FEADMS, IDTAS, Moss-Duberg, FAMOSS.
Extract loads from Finite Element Models and determine critical failure modes.
Analyze primary and secondary metallic and composite structures.
Interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Prepare Engineering Stress Reports ensuring compliance and safety.
Collaborate with onsite coordinators to meet customer expectations.



Additional Responsibilities

Experience in metallic and composite structural analysis.
Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis tools (Nastran, Patran).
Knowledge of MRB and SRM processes.
Experience with CATIA V5, Enovia.
Strong communication and technical report writing skills.



Technical Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
6-12 years of experience in aerospace stress analysis.
Expertise in static, fatigue, and damage tolerance calculations.
Familiarity with Boeing stress methodologies and tools.
