The Role We Are Offering You


As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will:


  • Oversee and support application tasks for in‑house systems used across various airline operational processes.
  • Operate production systems and build automation to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Develop monitoring, deployment, and automation tools using modern scripting languages.
  • Design and define complex technology solutions while aligning cross‑functional teams to company goals.
  • Build and utilize automation tools to enhance release management processes.
  • Support and enable DevOps teams, IT Service Management practices, and reliability engineering standards.
  • Act as a technical consultant and architect—analyzing requirements, advising teams, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to understand technologies, business complexity, and validate architectural solutions.

Minimum Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you bring:


  • 5+ years of experience in software or system engineering, including 2+ years in SRE or platform reliability.
  • Experience working in complex cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of data and network security, and information‑security best practices.
  • Experience developing and integrating with APIs.
  • Strong background in automation and DevOps tooling.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of orchestration technologies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a process‑driven approach.
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.

  • CKA or CKAD certification
  • AWS certifications
  • HashiCorp Terraform certifications
